First Aid training is a life skill. You may be sent on a course as part of your job role but the skills you learn could be put into practice performing first aid on your friends or family. Our progressive approach to training is both dynamic and interactive, thereby maximising enjoyment and learning potential. Course content focuses on the use of practical
skills rather than being overly theoretical, thereby increasing the individual's confidence in their role. First Action's instructional team is uniquely qualified to provide training with a depth of experience rarely available. In many cases our courses can be individually designed to address specific hazards of your working environment.
Training can be organised to suit your schedules, whether it be weekday, weekend or evening. The convenience of on-site training means travelling arrangements are minimised and individuals are able to train within their normal working environment.
Our scheduled first aid courses and bespoke training packages can take place in our first aid training room at Writtle College, in the workplace or at our customer's chosen venue. They are suitable for both employers who need to comply with health and safety requirements or individuals. We are also able to offer bespoke courses for specific groups such as schools, sports centres and the Landbased industries such as Construction, Agriculture and Landscaping.
As of 1st October 2013 the Health & Safety Executive will no longer be responsible for monitoring and approving First Aid Training Providers. It is now the responsibility of employers to ensure the quality of the training they receive. First Action Life Support Training have registered with The First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) who have gained Quality Care Academy (QCA) Approval for the qualifications.
By booking your First Aid course with First Action Life Support Training you will be joining our existing clients in valuing a professional and flexible approach to quality employee training.
